Solstice Girls Weekend

Our 2018 wellness weekend was such a success, we're doing it again with an added twist! Check out a recap of the 2018 event, along with comments from the guests on our blog — How we do Wellness.

Wouldn’t you love the opportunity to have a well-rounded weekend with an amazing group of ladies? Learn how to make the most of your upcoming summer lifestyle with lessons to improve your fitness, nutrition, cooking, wine knowledge, and relaxation. Escape to wine country to re-energize in a beautiful space, with incredible nutritious food, amongst hiking trails and a nearby beach.

We'll be staying at a gorgeous private home in the Niagara area, overlooking the water. The exact address will be provided to those who book their spot. You'll be in a luxurious double room, with a double bed to yourself, as shown in the photo on the left.

meet the experts

During this Flock Retreat, we've partner with two experts to bring you the very best of their experience and knowledge. 

Julie Norcott — Founder, Arise Wellness 

Julie is a trained yoga instructor, fitness instructor, certified personal trainer, and certified nutritionist. As well, she is currently pursuing a degree in osteopathy.

As one of our hosts, Julie will provide:

  • Three 30-minute workouts, focusing on arms, abs, legs, and butt

  • Three 60-minute yoga classes 

  • Two workshops — simple nutrition & the basics of meal planning, and efficiency in exercise

Nicole Baumgartner — Owner, MOD Custom Catering

As the second host, Nicole will provide:

  • Our hearty and nutritious meals

  • A workshop and cooking class — learn how to make healthy food taste delicious
